Why JGE Management?

In 2015, our Founder, Gregory Shaw, recognized a gap in the property management industry....

After launching the South Florida market for a large real estate company, he witnessed firsthand the challenges property owners faced with corporate property management. While these companies were heavily focused on profits, Gregory noticed they couldn’t dedicate the time necessary to manage each property with the personal care they deserved.

 

Determined to offer a different kind of service, he founded JGE Property management. His vision was to create a company that treated each property as if it were his own, bringing a personalized touch to an industry often perceived as cold and transactional. His experiences as both a tenant and a landlord gave him a unique perspective on what exceptional property management should look like. 

 

This commitment to personalized service was a breath of fresh air for clients. It helped JGE grow to more than 75 doors under management solely based on word of mouth and customer referrals.
